Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days, and most deliveries take between 3-7 business days, depending on where you’re located. Delivery Delays or Problems

What’s Eligible for Return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and in the original packaging. Items that have been worn, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Pickup Option

If returning the item yourself isn’t convenient, we offer a pickup service. We’ll collect the item from your location, but a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount will depend on the item’s size and your location, and we’ll let you know the cost before arranging the pickup.

Once we receive the item and confirm it’s in the right condition, we’ll issue your refund, minus the shipping fee, within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

After we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm that your refund has been processed. Refunds will go back to your original payment method and usually take about 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If we arranged the return pickup, the shipping fee will be clearly itemized and deducted from the refund amount.
